A hex bushing connects two pipes with different diameters. One pipe is male threaded and the other one is female threaded. The diameter of the female threaded pipe is bigger than that of the male threaded pipe. It is ISO certified and suitable for air, oil, gas and fuel. Not for potable water! This fitting is made of brass, which is considered more durable for heavy-duty use. Brass inherently resists attack. Though less corrosion resistent than other alloy, it is qualified for most conditions. Threads used on this fitting are NPT. Temperature range: -53 ~ 121 C (-65 ~ 250 F) Maximum pressure: 150 psi Age Group: adult. Pattern: solid.
