The Jolly 20 is designed to increase the temperature of the surrounding water by a few degrees. The exact temperature increase will depend on a couple of factors such as water volume. For example, you should expect the Jolly 20 to increase the water temperature of a 5 gallon aquarium by about 7-8 degrees F, while a 10 gallon aquarium will see an increase of about 3-4 degrees F.
