3M Scotch 23 Rubber Splicing Tape, 3/4″ x 30ft
- Can be applied when stretched or unstretched without a loss in physical or electrical properties.
- Operating temperatures up to 194°F (90°C) and emergency overload temperature up to 266°F (130°C).
- The special polyester liner will not stick to the tape upon unwind, protects tape during application.
- Can be as primary insulation for building stress cones on cables up to 35 kV for solid dielectric cable.
- Compatible with all solid dielectric cable insulation like polyethylene, Butyl Rubber, PVC & more.
- RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
Description
Excellent electrical properties. Compatible with all solid dielectric cable insulation. Physical and electrical properties are unaffected by the degree of stretch. A special polyester liner which will not stick to the tape upon unwind. Can be used to splice and terminate cables whose emergency overload temperatures can reach 130? C (266? F).
